Mission

The mission of the Macon County R-IV School Counselor is to provide a developmentally appropriate, comprehensive school counseling program to all students from K-12th grade. By utilizing school counseling curriculum, individual student planning, small group counseling, and responsive services, I will strive to promote growth in the areas of academics, career exploration, and social/emotional capability. I will advocate for the success and equity of every student.

Vision

Every student will graduate with tools to be successful in academics, in citizenship, in relationships, in careers, and in emotional health.
